ALCA SEO Engineering
SEO engineering that turns search demand into qualified pipeline.
ALCA combines technical SEO, content strategy, local search and programmatic architecture—and the same team that finds the issues can implement the fixes.
No ranking guarantees. No paid ranking links. Clear scope, implementation and measurement.
Strategy + engineering in one team
The people who write the backlog are the people who can ship it. Nothing waits in a queue for a developer who was never briefed.
Business KPIs, not vanity metrics
Qualified leads, pipeline and conversion rate lead the report. Impressions and authority scores are diagnostics, not the scoreboard.
You own the data and deliverables
Accounts, content, code, documentation and dashboards stay yours — during the engagement and after it ends.
The problem
Most sites do not lose search because of one bad decision.
Well-designed sites stay invisible when architecture, content and measurement are built by different people at different times. Templates render content the crawler never sees, canonical rules contradict the internal links, the pages that match real demand were never written, and analytics cannot tell anyone which of those is costing money.
The second failure is quieter: an audit lands, the findings are correct, and nothing ships. A 60-page PDF with no engineering capacity behind it creates a backlog, not growth. The fixes that matter most are usually the ones that touch the codebase, which is exactly where a strategy-only engagement stops.
ALCA is structured to avoid both. The diagnosis is done by people who can read the repository, and the implementation is done by people who understand why the finding mattered.
Capabilities
Six connected disciplines, one system
Each of these can be scoped on its own, but they are designed to work together — technical health makes content indexable, content gives authority something to point at, and analytics tells you which of them is producing revenue.

Why ALCA
The difference is who implements the work
ALCA is a software engineering company that does SEO, not an SEO agency that outsources development. That changes what can realistically be delivered.
Our engineers can implement the fixes
Template changes, rendering strategy, canonical logic, schema generation and performance work are normal engineering tickets for us — not a recommendation handed to someone else.
We have built platforms with thousands of indexable entities
AlcaStars is our own local-commerce platform, with a published sitemap in the thousands of URLs. The template, hub and internal-linking architecture behind it is the same approach we apply to directories, marketplaces and SaaS catalogs.
SEO, UX and conversion are treated as one system
Traffic that does not convert is a cost. We instrument the funnel and improve the page, not only the ranking factors around it.
Bilingual U.S. and Hispanic-market capability
English and Spanish research, copy and page structure produced by the same team, so the second language is a real market entry rather than a translated afterthought.
Case study
AlcaStars: a programmatic local-search engine built from zero
AlcaStars is ALCA’s in-house local commerce platform. We built the crawlable business-profile templates, the state, city and category hubs, the LocalBusiness and Review structured data and the contextual internal-link graph that ties them together — the same architecture we build for directories, marketplaces and multi-location businesses.
- 6,950 unique URLs in the audited sitemap
- 6,552 unique business-profile URLs
- 386 location and category hubs
Public sitemap snapshot taken July 30, 2026. Counts change as businesses are added, updated or removed.
How we work
Six stages, run in order
The sequence matters. Skipping the baseline means nobody can prove what changed; skipping prioritization means the easy work gets done and the expensive work never does.
- 01
Baseline
We connect analytics, Search Console and your conversion data, then record where organic visibility, traffic and leads actually stand today. Every later claim is measured against this line.
- 02
Diagnose
Technical health, content coverage, competitive position and real search demand — examined together, because a site rarely underperforms for a single reason.
- 03
Prioritize
Every finding is scored on impact, effort, risk and business value, then sequenced into a backlog your team and ours can both work from.
- 04
Implement
Code, templates, content, structured data and internal links get shipped — by our engineers, by your team, or by both working from the same backlog.
- 05
Distribute
Editorial promotion, partnerships, expert commentary and legitimate citations put the work in front of the people and publications that matter.
- 06
Measure & iterate
Leads, revenue influence, visibility, conversion rate and technical health are reviewed on a fixed cadence, and the roadmap changes when the data says it should.
Engagements
Scope and pricing
Published starting points, not fixed quotes. Final scope depends on site size, market, language coverage and how much engineering capacity the work needs.

Frequently asked questions
The questions that decide whether an engagement is a good fit.
How long does SEO take?
Technical fixes can change crawling and indexing within days or weeks. Content and authority work usually needs three to six months before the trend is readable, and competitive markets take longer. We set a baseline at the start so progress is measured rather than argued about, and we report leading indicators — indexation, coverage, non-brand clicks — while the slower outcomes develop.
Do you guarantee rankings?
No. ALCA does not guarantee rankings, traffic volumes or positions, and any agency that does is either guessing or planning to manipulate a metric. Search results depend on competitors, algorithm changes and query behavior that no vendor controls. What we do commit to is a defined scope, work that actually ships, and honest measurement against the baseline we recorded before starting.
Is development included?
Yes — that is the point of the offer. Our engineers implement technical fixes, template changes, structured data, internal-link logic and performance work directly in the codebase. If your own team prefers to implement, we hand over a prioritized backlog with enough specification to build from, and we review the result.
Do you create content?
Yes. We research demand by intent, map topics and entities, write briefs, produce the content and route it through expert review. AI assistance may be used in research and drafting, and every piece receives human editing, original input and fact-checking before publication. You own the content outright.
Do you buy backlinks?
No. ALCA does not buy links to pass authority, and does not sell packages priced by Domain Rating, anchor text or do-follow status. Authority is built through original research, genuinely useful assets, editorial outreach, legitimate business citations and distribution. When a placement is sponsored or paid in any form, it is qualified with rel="sponsored" or rel="nofollow" as Google requires.
Do you offer local and multi-location SEO?
Yes. That includes Google Business Profile management, location pages that are genuinely differentiated, NAP consistency across directories, review workflows, local structured data and governance for businesses running many locations. We track calls, direction requests and local conversions per location. We do not promise Local Pack placement — that is Google’s decision, not ours.
Can you work with large or programmatic sites?
Yes, and it is one of the areas where the engineering side matters most. We work on the data model, template system, quality thresholds, duplicate detection, indexation rules, internal-link graph, sitemaps segmented by page type and schema generation — then monitor what actually gets indexed. Scale without unique value per page is not a strategy, so quality gates are part of the build, not an afterthought.
What access do you need?
Read access to Google Search Console and your analytics property, and read access to Google Business Profile for local work. For implementation we need repository access or a branch-and-pull-request workflow with your team, plus staging where one exists. We ask for the least access that lets the work happen, and access is revoked at the end of the engagement on request.
Who owns the content and data?
You do. Accounts stay in your name, content and code are yours, documentation is handed over, and dashboards remain in your properties. There is no proprietary layer you have to keep paying for to retain access to your own work.
How is success measured?
Against the baseline recorded in the first stage. Business KPIs lead — qualified organic leads, pipeline, revenue influence and organic conversion rate — supported by search metrics such as non-brand clicks and coverage, and technical health metrics such as Core Web Vitals and indexation. Reporting is on a fixed cadence and shows what moved, what did not, and what changes next.
Is SEO a one-time project or ongoing?
Both exist. A one-time audit and roadmap is a real deliverable and some clients implement it entirely in-house. Ongoing engagements make sense when the market is competitive, the site changes frequently, or content and distribution need to keep running. We will say plainly which one your situation calls for.
Can you work with our current marketing or engineering team?
Yes, and it is often the fastest arrangement. We can operate as the technical implementation partner behind an in-house marketing team, as the strategy layer for an engineering team that has capacity but no search direction, or as both. The backlog is shared and written to be readable by whoever ships it.
