SEO audit & roadmap
Know what is blocking growth—and what to fix first.
A diagnosis with a plan attached: prioritized findings, a 90-day roadmap and an implementation estimate, delivered in a working session rather than a PDF drop.
Most audits fail on delivery, not analysis. The findings are usually right; what is missing is sequencing, effort estimates and a realistic view of who is going to do the work. The document is filed and the site does not change.
This engagement is built backwards from implementation. Every finding carries an owner, an effort estimate and a position in a 90-day sequence, so on the day it is delivered your team knows what happens in week one — whether we implement it or you do.
Deliverables
What the audit contains
Executive summary
The three or four things that matter, written for a decision maker: what is wrong, what it is likely costing, and what we recommend doing first.
Technical findings
Crawling, rendering, indexation, canonicalization, redirects, sitemaps, structured data and Core Web Vitals — each with affected URLs and reproduction steps.
Search-demand map
The demand that exists in your market segmented by intent, and which of it your current pages are and are not eligible to capture.
Content and internal-link analysis
Coverage, cannibalization, decay and orphaned pages, plus how link equity currently flows relative to where your commercial value sits.
Competitor gap
Where competitors are eligible for demand you are not, and which of those gaps are realistically closable given your site and resources.
Measurement baseline
Analytics and Search Console reviewed and, where needed, corrected — so the numbers everything is measured against are trustworthy from day one.
Prioritized backlog
Every finding scored on impact, effort, risk and business value, in a format your engineering team can work from directly.
90-day roadmap
The backlog sequenced across three months, with dependencies made explicit and a defined checkpoint at the end of each one.
Implementation estimate
What it would cost to have ALCA implement the roadmap, so the decision to continue is a budget decision rather than a leap of faith.
How it is delivered
A working session, not a document handoff.
- A written audit with findings, evidence and affected URLs
- A prioritized backlog in a format your team can import and work from
- A 90-day roadmap with dependencies and checkpoints
- An executive presentation walked through live with your team
- A written implementation estimate for the roadmap
- The measurement baseline the engagement will be judged against
What this does not promise
- An audit is a diagnosis. It does not by itself change rankings, traffic or leads — implementing it does.
- No ranking or traffic guarantees, and no projected numbers presented as forecasts. Estimates of opportunity are labelled as estimates.
- The engagement price covers the audit and roadmap. Implementation is scoped and quoted separately, and you are free to implement it yourself or with another team.
Frequently asked questions
What does the audit cost?
The SEO Opportunity Audit starts at $2,500 as a one-time engagement. Final pricing depends on site size, number of markets and languages, and whether a programmatic page estate is in scope.
How long does it take?
Typically two to three weeks from receiving access, depending on site size and how quickly Search Console and analytics access can be arranged.
What access do you need to start?
Read access to Google Search Console and your analytics property, read access to Google Business Profile for local work, and either repository access or a conversation with whoever maintains the site.
Do we have to hire you to implement it?
No. The audit, backlog and roadmap are yours to keep and use anywhere, and some clients implement entirely in-house. The implementation estimate is there so you can make an informed choice, not to create an obligation.
