Content strategy
Content that answers demand and moves buyers forward.
Research by intent, topic and entity mapping, briefs, expert review and internal links — so each page has a job in the funnel instead of a keyword in the title.
Content programs stall when they are organized around keywords instead of decisions. A list of terms produces a list of articles; a map of what buyers need to resolve produces pages that get linked to, cited and acted on.
We start from demand and intent, map it to the entities and topics your business must be credible on, and then build the smallest set of pages that covers it — with the internal links and conversion paths that turn a reader into an inquiry.
Scope
What a content engagement covers
Research by intent
Demand segmented by what the searcher is trying to do — understand, compare, choose a vendor, or buy — because those four require different pages, not different headlines.
Topic and entity mapping
The concepts, products, people and places your site must cover coherently for a search engine to understand what you are an authority on.
Service-page optimization
The commercial pages come first. They are usually the highest-value, most-neglected asset on the site, and they convert better than anything the blog will produce.
Editorial clusters
Supporting content built around each commercial page, structured so the cluster reinforces the page it exists to support rather than competing with it.
Briefs
Each piece specified before writing: intent, audience, the questions to answer, entities to cover, sources, internal links and the conversion path.
Expert review
Subject-matter review before publication, so technical and commercial claims are accurate and the page reflects how your business actually operates.
Content refreshes
Existing pages audited for decay, consolidated when they cannibalize each other, and updated when the underlying facts change — often the fastest source of gains.
Internal links and conversion paths
Deliberate links between related pages, and a clear next action on every page, so traffic has somewhere to go besides back to the search results.

How we handle AI and originality
- AI assistance may be used in research and drafting. Every piece receives human editing, original input and fact-checking before it is published.
- We do not publish unedited generated text, spun content, or pages whose only purpose is to repeat a keyword.
- You own the content outright, including briefs, research and drafts, whether or not the engagement continues.
Frequently asked questions
Do you write the content or just plan it?
Either. Some clients want the full program — research, briefs, writing, expert review and publication. Others have writers and need the strategy, briefs and editorial standards. Both are normal scopes.
Do you use AI to write?
AI may assist with research and first drafts. Nothing is published without human editing, original input from someone who knows the subject, and fact-checking. Unedited generated text is not a deliverable we offer.
How much content do we need?
Usually less than expected, and better than expected. Most sites gain more from fixing and consolidating their commercial pages and existing articles than from adding volume. We will tell you when publishing more is not the constraint.
How does content connect to leads?
Through the internal-link plan and the conversion path defined in each brief. Every page has a next action appropriate to its intent, and the analytics layer reports which content produces qualified inquiries rather than only sessions.
