Local & multi-location SEO
Turn local searches into calls, visits and qualified leads.
Profiles, location pages, citations and review workflows managed as one system — so every location you operate is findable, consistent and measurable.
Local search rewards consistency and specificity, and multi-location businesses usually lack both. Profiles are edited by whoever had access, location pages are the same paragraph with the city name swapped, and nobody can say which location is actually generating calls.
We treat local as an operations problem with a search surface: one source of truth for business data, location pages that are genuinely different from each other, review handling that runs on a schedule, and tracking that reports calls and direction requests per location rather than as one site-wide number.
Scope
What a local engagement covers
Google Business Profile
Categories, services, attributes, hours, service areas, photos and posts — set up correctly and kept current, with a clear owner for every profile you operate.
Location pages
Pages that earn their existence: local service detail, staff and facilities, area-specific proof, directions and genuinely local copy. Not one template with a find-and-replace on the city name.
NAP consistency
Name, address and phone reconciled across your site, your profiles and the directories that matter, so conflicting records stop undermining each other.
Review workflows
A repeatable process for requesting, monitoring and responding to reviews across locations — within each platform’s rules, with no incentivized or gated review collection.
Local structured data
LocalBusiness, Place, OpeningHoursSpecification and Breadcrumb schema rendered server-side per location and matched to what the page actually shows.
Multi-location governance
Naming conventions, page templates, data ownership and an update process that survives new openings, closures, rebrands and staff turnover.
Local rankings and conversion tracking
Visibility by location and query, plus the actions that matter: calls, direction requests, form fills and website visits, attributed to the location that produced them.
What you receive
The system, the pages and the measurement — handed over in your accounts.
- An audit of every profile, listing and location page you currently operate
- A reconciled business-data source of truth for name, address, phone and hours
- Location page templates plus the differentiated content that fills them
- Local structured data implemented server-side
- A documented review request-and-response workflow
- Per-location reporting on calls, direction requests and conversions
What this does not promise
- No promise of Local Pack placement. Map results depend on proximity, prominence and relevance signals Google controls; we improve the inputs we can influence.
- No review gating, incentives or fake reviews under any circumstances — those violate platform policy and put the profile itself at risk.
- Verification and suspension decisions belong to Google. We prepare and support them; we cannot guarantee outcomes.
Frequently asked questions
How many locations can you manage?
From a single location to large estates. Past roughly ten locations the work becomes a governance problem — naming conventions, data ownership, templates and update processes — which is where the engineering side pays for itself.
Will each location need its own page?
Yes, if the page can say something genuinely specific: services offered there, staff, facilities, service area, local proof and directions. If a location cannot support a differentiated page, a thin duplicate does more harm than not having one.
Can you guarantee we appear in the map pack?
No. Local Pack placement is determined by Google using proximity, prominence and relevance. We improve profile completeness, page quality, citation consistency and review velocity — the inputs — and report honestly on what moves.
Do you handle reviews?
We build and run the workflow: when reviews are requested, who monitors them, how responses are written and escalated. We never incentivize, gate or fabricate reviews — that violates platform policy and risks the profile.
